Catering Sales Coordinator 

- Provide administrative support to the Catering Sales Department

- Handle potential member enquiries in efficient and effective manner

- Ensure and maintain a seamless coordination with the banqueting service team and other relevant parties

- Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and comprehensive event records

- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline

- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in club or hotel industry

 

Sports & Recreation Coordinator

- Handle guests’ enquiries and facilities set up arrangement 

- Form 5 or holder of Diploma in Recreation Management or related disciplines

- 1 year relevant working experience

- Proficiency in PC skills

- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

 

Public Area Cleaner 

- Responsible for the daily operation of the public area cleaning 

- With marble cleaning experience are preferably

 

Waiter/ Waitress

- Provide excellent food and beverage service to the guest 

- At least 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in hotel industry and club house

- F.5 or above 

- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

 

Stove No. 3 

- Handle different fried and stewed food products.  Control the stove fire level and the timing control.

- Familiar with all types Chinese ingredients.

- 10 years’ relevant experience in Chinese cuisine, preferably in hotel industry and club house

 

Technician

- Responsible for the daily routine of Repair and Maintenance work

- Holder of valid Electrical License and Green Card

- With relevant maintenance experience of Electrical and Plumbing
